HELLO GUYS I AM BIKRAMJEET SINGH PROUDLY SAID TO BE OURSELF THAT I LOVE SPORTS ,FITNESS AND MANY OTHER THINGS TOO IN MY LIFE FROM CHILHOOD I WANT TO JOIN THE FAUJ(ARMED FORCES) SO THIS I HAVE TO BECOME PYSHICAL FIT,MENTALLY FIT FOR THIS TOPIC, TODAY I GIVE YOU A PERFECT LESSON ON PHYSICAL FITNESS AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES ,HOW THIS ALL THINGS IS GOING TO PLAY A IMPORTANT ROLE IN YOUR LIFE IN PHASE OF MAINATING YOUSELF FREE FROM DIFFERENT CHRONIC DISEASES OR HYPOCRITICAL PROBLEMS LIKE BLOOD PRESSURE ,HEART PROBLEMS ETC

(1) ONE OF THE BEST HABITS TO BECOME FIT AND HEALTHY ,THAT WE USED TO PERFORM DAILY WITHOUT ANY EXCUSE IS THAT WE GET UP EALRY AND GO FOR A MORNING WALK .
(2) AND OLD PROVERB IS FAMOUS FOR MORNING WALK IS THAT SAYS "EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE MAKES A MAN HEALTHY ,WEALTHY,AND CHEERFUL ETC.
(3) BY DOING PHYSICAL FITNESS OUR BODY PERFORMS GOOD FUNCTIONING .
(4) MORNING AND EVENING WALK WILL HELP YOU TO TACKLE US FROM PROBLEMS LIKE CONSTIPATION THAT IS MOST COMMON IS HUMAN BEINGS , ACIDITY ,BP ETC.
(5) EVEN I SUGGEST YOU AS SPORT PERSON TRY TO PLAY SOME GAMES LIKE SOOCER ,RUGBY ,JUDO THAT WILL MORE HELP TO MAINTAIN YOUR BODY STRUCTURE FROM BOTH INTERNAL AND AS WELL AS EXTERNAL FORM
(6) IF YOU PERFORM THE PHYSICALL ACTIVITIES EVERDAY THEN YOU DEFINATELY SEE A CAHNGE IN YOUR BODY YOUR BODY START WORKING LIKE A FRESH MIND ,EVEN I CALLED IT LIKE A ROBOT (INTELLIGENT AGENT )
(7) ONE OF BEST THINGS OR YOU CAN CALLED IT A DAILY REGUALR ACTIVITY THAT IS (YOGA) IS ABOUT CREATING BALANCE ,STRENGTH,FLEXIBILITYAND RELAXATION IN THE BODY THROUGH A SERIES OF POSTURES, MOVEMENTS AND BREATHING PATTERNS.
